It looks like this current journal will get me until tomorrow and then I'll have to bust out a second journal.  I still remember getting to "book 2" for Bobby and Maya.  Happy Day!

Definitely getting bigger, feeling bigger, you name it.  TMI, but I finally moved on in to maternity underwear. The most unsexy, unflattering panties you can possibly find, but hey... such is life.  As much as I loved my Victoria's Secret ones, they fell just below my belly button and were really starting to irritate my stomach, so I busted out with poor Peter (and the kids) to the panty section of Target.  Scarring, I tell you... My kids will need therapy.  But, I have 6 new pairs, which I'm sure will be ready for the garbage come, I don't know, September.  I'll be honest, I don't quite remember the post-birth fun of Bobby and Maya and I'm not planning on re-reading those blog posts anytime soon (ignorance is bliss right now) but I'm sure I wont want to keep those...  I remember that much.

Health-wise, all is well.  Weight gain seems to be stalling, baby seems to be getting bigger and more active.  I'm nauseous a fair amount of time and dog-tired, but feeling good.  My feet tend to hurt by the end of the day and Peter has been a sweetie, massaging my favorite foot cream into them.  I have Braxton-Hicks Contractions usually at least a few times a day, but my cervix is good.  No issues there, and the contractions (with the exception of a few times) are easy to handle.  Still able to do some yoga (yay!) and while running has been slowing down, I'm still able to be active, which is great.  I moved a small (7 pieces, transportable) fence over the weekend to prepare for putting the kids pool in the backyard (needed to expand the fenced area a bit) and, while it was tough work, it wasn't that bad.  I took breaks, had water, etc.  No issues.  I actually feel better when I am able to be active.

Got the email from Dr. B's office manager confirming my C-Section.  It's official.  The hospital has an OR reserved for me at 9:30am on July 22nd.  If the woman in front of me (7:30am) has her baby earlier, they will bump me to the 7:30 time.  (Hey, the earlier the better!  Get the doc while he's sharp!)  Otherwise, I need to be at the hospital by 7:30 (which means leaving here by 6:45) to check in, get my room, sign the waivers, etc.  Wow... Less than 8w to go... 58 days....  Wow...

The "unshower" is coming along.  Turned in the headcount/lunch menu to the pub and counting down to my drink-a-Guinness event! :)  I also ordered some little baby bottles with blue rims to fill with candy to serve as favors/place markers.  So, that's that.  Excited to see some of my girlfriends and have a relaxing lunch!  (and cake... of course, cake!)

Had my maternity photo shoot with Erica Colvin Photography yesterday (FB link here).  The teaser shot of the session gives me butterflies.  I cannot wait to see the entire thing.  We met in the morning for some great solo time, then hooked up in the evening for family shots and pictures of me with each of the kids as well as with just Peter.  I'm so excited.  This image just captures the wonder and magic of this entire pregnancy.

Stay tuned for the rest of the pictures.  But, suffice it to say, I am SUPER stoked for them.  I'll write more about the shoot and my feelings when the rest of the shots come out.

Can't wait to see the rest of the pics. We'll be on our cruise until the 25th; I'll have to see if I can find an internet cafe to check on the goings on on the 22nd.
