I've gotten a couple of questions about the heart. I try to make the heart so that I can "hold" the babies. As they have grown, my hands have grown wider. So, yes, I could make a small heart over my belly button, but it would be different than how I've been holding my belly. So I hold in the same position and, over time, that has made my heart get bigger.
But the real reason I am blogging. I just got weighed. I haven't been weighed since my last appt with Dr B, which was over a month ago, around July 15th or so (dont have that page of the calendar easily available). I've gained... ONE POUND. That brings the total of this pregnancy to TEN POUNDS. My belly has expanded as though I've gained about 50 pounds but amazingly enough, that is not converting into pregnancy weight gain. I realize I went into pregnancy heavier than I would have liked (Peter says that I was "preparing" for them, nice guy...) but I have to say that I am really amazed that my gain has only been 10 pounds. I am doing my best to continue bedrest exercises since I want to lose as little muscle mass as possible (although I know that I have).
But, that is it. I promise. No more updates today. (And... 9 hours 40 minutes to go!!!)
I was wondering about the heart photos as well! Thank you for the clarification. What a beautiful idea for a photo, it's you holding your babies.
Constantly praying for you and rejoicing in each milestone, you rock!!

Yay!!! By the time I read your blog again, you'll have gotten the shots and given those 4 little lungs a great boost!
