Day 44: T-8

Both the morning and evening monitorings actually were decent. Bobby's heartbeat was still irregular but there were a few moments where, for a couple of seconds, he had a rythymic, normal heartbeat. Only a few seconds, mind you, but something. I keep praying this means he is growing out of this. I know that it is unlikely he will grow out of it before the 30s (if he does before birth) but I am still hoping! I mean, that will be wonderful news... He still charted in the 70s, but once again, we could all count him in the 140s-150s. So, I'll take it. It is the best day since our backslide. I am hoping for no more sliding... Just better days.

I'm wondering if the BPPs will be done at night? Yesterday's was done at 10pm. Not that I mind. I mean, we are here and Peter gets to be here, so that is good (since he misses the ultrasounds during the day because of work.)

Guess what has arrived? The baby shower favors! They arrived on Wednesday and Peter brought them to the hospital. Yesterday, I spent the day attaching the stickers to them. (They came as plain, heavy weight bookmarks plus the circular stickers). I really like the way they turned out! And perfect favors for the librarian!

Well, my nurse is coming in shortly to do my bedtime blood sugar, so I'd better get this posted! Tomorrow we've crossed another week off the list and hit 27w! Woo Hoo! 2 more hours until that milestone! (Oh, and in 2w I have finally gained weight: 3 pounds. That brings the total to 13lbs.)
