Or the day we hit single digits! 99 days until Michael's delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow.... Single digits. How did we go from 266 days to 99? How awesomely wonderful. :)
Things are good. Still going strong as we appoach the big milestone of 24 weeks. My sciatica tends to act up at night after a long day and it is especially tough on Fridays and Saturdays. I think that it has to do with my Friday morning injections. The muscles in my bum are so sore on Friday and over the weekend. Another side effect of the P17 seems to be a migraine. Usually on Sunday or Monday (or sometimes Tuesdays), I'll feel a migraine start. Thankfully, they dont usually get to hardcore intensity and they dont last more than a few hours; it's more the pain without the nausea or the ultrasensitivity to light. Started once I started the P17 shots, so I'm sure they'll go away once those stop (I had migraines for years but they stopped after I had Bobby and Maya... until 16w in this pregnancy).
Another thing I've noticed is that, when I'm really active, I tend to have a few BHCs. Nothing concerning or worrying, just a feeling of like "Oh, hey, my uterus is growing."
Funny enough, I dont have too many hardcore cravings. Every now and again, I'll get a hankering for something but it's not nearly as bad as with Bobby and Maya! Another funny? Everyone says I look small for dates. Now that's one I never expected to hear! Even though I've gained more weight than I'd like to admit, I'm hoping that just means the little guy is actually a little big guy, since apparently, I dont "look" nearly 24 weeks. :)
It's nuts to imagine delivering this little guy in 4 weeks. 4 weeks from today gestationally, I was having an emergency C-section and Bobby and Maya, their little 2 pound bodies pink and wiggling, were born. I still have this feeling of being so 'early' in pregnancy and to know that they were just four weeks from this point and that I felt so 'far' in pregnancy then... 4 weeks from today will be the last time I can say that "when I was pregnant before" because I will be more pregnant than I ever have been before in 4 weeks than I ever have been before. Even that is hard for me to wrap my head around!
But, all in all, it's all still going really well. I am just so grateful and thankful. This pregnancy feels like such a miracle all around.
