Mommy Chores

In an effort to make "housework Wednesday's" a little less busy since, this month, I'm going to **try** and make a concerted effort to make Wednesday morning playgroup at our local parish, I've put together a daily breakdown, which will (I hope!) make Wednesday's a little less busy but still give me a clean house each week!

Daily
o   Wipe down kitchen counters
o   Sweep kitchen floor
o   Pick up toys in living room and children’s bedrooms

Mondays
o   Change Mommy & Daddy’s sheets
o   Dust and straighten Mommy & Daddy’s bedroom
o   Vacuum Mommy & Daddy’s bedroom*
o   Launder delicate clothes, in addition to sheets

Tuesdays
o   Change Bobby & Maya’s sheets
o   Dust and straighten Bobby & Maya’s bedrooms
o   Vacuum Bobby & Maya’s bedrooms*
o   Launder baby clothes, in addition to their sheets

Wednesdays (A Schedule)
o   Dust living room
o   Vacuum all carpeted floors (*if bedrooms were not done previously)
o   Wipe down bathroom sinks and toilets
o   Clean toilets
o   Wipe down shower and tub
o   Sweep and mop bathrooms
o   Change towels and launder bath & kitchen linens
Clean guest room & guest bathroom (including laundry)

Wednesdays (B Schedule)
o   Dust living room
o   Vacuum all carpeted floors (*if bedrooms were not done previously)
o   Wipe down bathroom sinks and toilets
o   Change towels and launder bath & kitchen linens
o   Clean kitchen counters & appliances
o   Organize pantry and create 2 week meal plan for groceries
o   Sweep and mop kitchen and laundry room

Thursdays
Launder colored and white clothes

(Wednesdays, since those jobs are way more involved, I figure if I cant get them all done on Wednesdays, then I will try to get to them every other week)

I need to make a list like this one and follow through with it. You gave me a great new years resolution idea.

It's nice to have a plan down on paper. I have one, which I haven't used recently but I found when I did it was very helpful.
