Biking
Peter's mom is a dear and comes over two afternoons a week to watch the kids for an hour so that I can go to the gym for 40 minutes or so, shower, and come back home. Today, I went for a spin on the stationary bike and, in 37 minutes, whipped out 13.4 miles. That's 21.7mph. Compare that to my August triathlon results, where I biked 12.8 miles in 76 minutes, or a little over 10mph. I'm pretty proud of myself right now! Although, obviously, it doesnt fully compare to the terrain, I did do a course that had hills and changes in it to challenge myself. I'm pretty psyched!
