I still cant believe it's been 7 months since we delivered them. How grateful we are to be their parents; each day is such a gift. Our grief is ever present, but so is our joy. A beautiful mix through which we have found a new life... and even some peace.

ReplyDeleteI am 27w5d today and was thinking of you because this is when you delivered. . . to my recollection.
It's comforting to see your babies doing so well. I of course don't want to deliver for a while, but it's nice to know that the baby's prognosis is pretty good at this point.
Can I pry? Are those Ikea high chairs? Are you happy with them? We got hand me down chairs from various family members, but they're *huge.* I never thought our house was that small until we had twins, lol. The Ikea chairs looked like they covered the "basic necessity" better than the gadgetry of the ones I have. I'm seriously considering going to Ikea for some of my own.

ReplyDeleteI saw this post the other day on my mobile & hadnt had time to respond. WOW! They've grown! Bobby looks like a little boy now (not a baby). And Miss Maya's just a little lady. So precious! It's wonderful that you get to enjoy them so. I'm so happy for you. Can't wait to see you guys again.
