Happy 2 Month Birthday, Bobby & Maya
Happy 2 Month Birthday. You are both little troopers!
Bobby: 6lb 4oz
Maya: 5lb
Our little girl decided she wanted to be a plummer for her birthday...
Bobby, well... He just wanted to eat (up to 80cc at one feeding!!!) and sleep...
Aww happy two months to the twins! Bobby looks like such a BIG BOY now--if I didn't know his history and just saw a picture of him I'd think he was an ordinary (well except for being EXTRAordinarily cute!) newborn. It's amazing how far he's come.
As for the little princess, I'm pleased that they're doing a longer steroid taper and hopeful that that will help her through this setback. Perhaps her throat just needs a little more time to heal from the trauma of intubation (twice!). She is so strong. I hope she can ditch that CPAP and be more comfortable today.
If Bobby comes home first maybe you could make Maya a "Bobby lovey" out of one of his worn onesies or something?
